Picking my favourite photos for 2011 was really hard. It was such an amazing year and I loved where we lived that year ❤️. What amazing memories.
And so I end the 2010 memory challenge, with one of my favourite views! I woke up to this view for just over a year, and I enjoyed every second of it ❤️

I can not remember when last I’ve had one of these Beacon Hens eggs before today! As a kid, each year we use to go to the dam fishing for the Easter weekend and then we would have some of these Easter eggs. What great memories 😊

What a fun day! As a family we went to Ashburton Cookery School for the Edible Christmas gift course with Chef Joe. We had such and amazing time learning to make some homemade edible gifts as well as spending the time together as a family in the kitchen – just what you want for Christmas!
What a fun weekend learning more about vegetarian dishes at Ashburton Cookery School. We’ve made all the following dishes: Poached duck egg salad with puy lentils, baby gem, beetroot, balsamic dressing and crunchy croutons. Cream of celeriac, cumin & goat’s cheese soup. We had a fantastic weekend at Ashburton Cookery School learning the fundamentals of Indian cookery, covering the history and skills. Our chef was Chef Monisha Bharadwaj who is originally from Mumbai, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience! Eating what we’ve made is always the cherry on the top!
